激光治疗中重度慢性牙周炎的临床效果评价

摘要：目的分析不同治疗方法中重度慢性牙周炎所取得的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月～5月宁夏医科大学总医院口腔医院收治的50例中重度慢性牙周炎患者为本次研究对象，随机分成单纯组和激光组，每组25例，单纯组患者给予常规洁刮治及根面平整治疗，而激光组患者给予了水激光辅助根面平整治疗，然后对两组患者的牙龈出血指数及牙周袋探诊深度进行记录和比较。结果治疗两个月后，两组牙龈出血指数及牙周袋探诊深度明显降低，激光组患者各指标降低程度均高于单纯组（P<0.001）。结论应用水激光辅助根面平整治疗，中重度慢性牙周炎得到更好的治疗效果，这种治疗方法需要广泛应用于临床。关键词：牙周炎;慢性牙周炎;水激光中图分类号：R780.1文献标识码：ADOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.05.030文章编号：1006-1959（2018）05-0093-03ClinicalEvaluationofLaserTreatmentforModerateandSevereChronicPeriodontitisZHAOMin，YANGChang-yi，GUOXiao-qian，WANGLi，WANGJing-jiao，ZHANGYing（DepartmentofPeriodontitis，StomatologyHospital，GeneralHospitalofNingxiaMedicalUniversity，Yinchuan750004，Ningxia，China）Abstract：ObjectiveToanalyzetheclinicaleffectsofseverechronicperiodontitisindifferenttreatmentmethods.MethodsFromJanuarytoMayin2017，50patientswithmoderateandseverechronicperiodontitiswereselectedfromstomatologyhospital，NingxiaMedicalUniversitygeneralhospital.Thepatientswererandomlydividedintosimplegroupandlasergroupwith25casesineachgroup.Thepatientsinthesimplegroupweretreatedwithconventionalcurettageandrootsurfacelevelingwhilethepatientsinthelasergroupweretreatedwithwaterlaserassistedrootsurfaceleveling.Thegingivalbleedingindexandtheprobingdepthofperiodoatalpuspocketwererecordedandcomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsAftertwomonthsoftreatment，thegingivalbleedingindexandperiodontalpocketdepthofthetwogroupsweresignificantlydecreased，andthereductiondegreeofeachindexinthelasergroupwashigherthanthatinthesimplegroup（P<0.001）.ConclusionWaterlaserassistedrootplaningiseffectiveintreatingmoderateandseverechronicperiodontitis.Thistreatmentmethodneedstobewidelyappliedinclinic.Keywords：Periodontitis;Chronicperiodontitis;Waterlaser牙周炎常累及牙周支持组织，患者容易忽视病情，治疗不及时，也是造成成人牙齿缺失的主要原因之一，若不及时诊治，严重影响患者的生活质量及身心健康[1]。慢性牙周炎约占牙周炎患者的95%，临床主要表现为牙龈炎症、牙周袋形成、牙周附着丧失、牙槽骨吸收[2-4]。牙周炎传统的治疗方法为洁治、刮治及根面平整（SRP），這种治疗方法被牙科医生广泛使用，并取得良好的治疗效果，近些年水激光（Er，Cr：YSGG）辅助SRP在牙周炎治疗中逐渐应用，它具有微创、低痛、安全、出血少、杀菌效应强、治疗时间短等优点[5]。为了探讨中重度慢性牙周炎患者在经过常规基础治疗及水激光辅助治疗后的临床疗效，报告结果如下。
